Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic PROJECT MANAGER to join a commercial real estate developer and builder. There may be some travel required with this position.

PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and execute projects, managing schedules, budgets, and resources

• Generate and maintain project agreements, subcontracts, change orders, RFI's, and submittals

• Ensure clear communication and satisfaction as the primary client contact

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, building codes, and OSHA safety regulations

PROJECT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors' degree in Construction Management or related field, preferred

• 5+ years experience as a Commercial Project Manager

• Highly proficient with blueprint reading and technical drawings

• Knowledge of Houston building codes and Texas permitting processes

• OSHA 30, preferred

Pay: $105,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
