Job Summary:

We are seeking an engaged, highly motivated, quick-paced, and driven Project Manager. You will be tasked securing projects, scheduling, buyout, oversight, support, safety, and project execution at a high level. Required complete understanding of Horizontal and Vertical Construction.

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in Commercial Construction projects and execution. Experience with Government, Education, QSR, Retail, and Heavy Industrial is preferred. Leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency is required.

• Documentation Management & Reporting (Procore)

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager on Commercial Construction projects.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Project Management Tools (Procore)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Microsoft 365 Tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as OSHA, LEED, or similar are a plus.
