Commercial Property Administrator Apply
This role is a dynamic position incorporating property administration and management. Day to day responsibilities include input of lease details into property management software, maintaining property information, onboarding/offboarding tenants, act as main contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns and requests, coordinating with internal property maintenance and accounting departments, as well as outside contacts such as utility companies and municipalities.
Two plus years of experience in property administration for commercial real estate development required. Bachelors degree in Business Administration/Management, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
