We are working with a well-established real estate investment and management company seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a high-profile retail property. The ideal candidate will be experienced in tenant relations, operations management, and financial oversight, with a strong focus on service excellence and operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of day-to-day property operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing maintenance, service, and compliance needs promptly.
• Partner with ownership, accounting, and leasing teams to support leasing activity and coordinate tenant improvement projects.
• Oversee vendor relationships and contractor performance to maintain service quality and budget compliance.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets, review financial reports, and track expenses.
• Ensure adherence to property policies, lease terms, and applicable regulatory and safety standards.
• Lead and support on-site staff and contractors to maintain high operational standards.
• Manage multiple initiatives with precision, efficiency, and a strong sense of urgency.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while fostering positive tenant and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in property management, ideally within commercial or retail settings.
• Strong understanding of lease administration, facilities operations, and vendor management.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• CPM or related real estate management certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
