The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing commercial assets, strong tenant relations skills, and a solid understanding of building operations and financial performance.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day management of assigned industrial and retail propertiesManage tenant relations, lease compliance, and service requestsCoordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor servicesAssist with budgeting, financial reporting, and expense controlConduct regular property inspections and ensure high standards of operationCollaborate with internal teams on leasing, capital projects, and tenant improvementsQualifications:3+ years of experience in commercial property management, preferably with industrial or retail assetsStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExperience with property management software (Yardi, MRI, etc.) preferredAbility to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
