Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or superintendent role.
- Extensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints.
- OSHA 30 certification required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
