• Preferably coming from a plumbing foreman, trades background, or similar experience in the construction industry.
• Currently in a role under a Superintendent, with the potential and ambition to move into a Superintendent position within 1-2 years.
• Open to candidates with \\\\\\\"green\\\\\\\" or relatively limited experience in construction management, indicating a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
• Local candidates are preferred, with an understanding of or willingness to learn about Florida's building styles, regulations, and construction techniques.

• Assisting the Superintendent in overseeing the construction process of commercial projects from inception to completion.
• Learning and applying knowledge of construction management, focusing on developing skills in managing ground-up commercial projects.
• Supporting the coordination with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Helping to enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for all workers.
• Participating in the development and maintenance of project schedules to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Gaining experience in ensuring construction activities comply with legal standards, quality expectations, and are in line with local building codes and regulations in Florida.
