Salary: $90,000 - $120,000/Year + Benefits
Employment Type: Full Time
Shift: 8 - 10 hours a day, 40 hours a week

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of industrial equipment installation and maintenance experience with an engineering degree, or 15+ years of direct industrial equipment installation and maintenance management experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a self-starter attitude.
    • Proven project completion experience.
    • AutoCAD experience or the ability to learn the software.
    • Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and OEM manuals.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements.
    • Willingness to travel internationally up to 25% of the time.
Responsibilities:

Summary: The Commission & Field Service Specialist III is responsible for the installation, commissioning, and start-up of SCR projects. This role requires extensive knowledge of copper and aluminum rod mills and provides installation guidance and support to customers.

  • Supervise the customer installation of SCR systems independently.
  • Install, configure, commission, and troubleshoot subsystems such as pumps, motors, and valves.
  • Identify process and equipment improvement opportunities and solve complex problems.
  • Manage SCR service programs, including periodic audits and PM programs for end users.
  • Develop and maintain PM documents for SCR equipment sold to end users.
  • Perform customer training on system features and general maintenance.
  • Act as a technical resource for customers and new employees.
  • Produce daily progress reports during startups and field service visits.
  • Prepare reports, analyze data, and recommend operational improvements.
  • Document customer visits, process audits, and troubleshooting approaches.
  • International travel up to 25%, potentially several weeks at a time.
