Global Pacific Support is currently looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Commission Based Sales Representative to join our team. As a Commission Based Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities for our BPO company. This is a commission-based role that offers unlimited earning potential and the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their outsourcing needs.
- Present and demonstrate the benefits and value of our BPO services to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring smooth contract and payment processing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for business growth.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the BPO industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Knowledge of BPO services and outsourcing industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
