Global Pacific Support is currently looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Commission Based Sales Representative to join our team. As a Commission Based Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities for our BPO company. This is a commission-based role that offers unlimited earning potential and the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their outsourcing needs.
  • Present and demonstrate the benefits and value of our BPO services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring smooth contract and payment processing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the BPO industry.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • Knowledge of BPO services and outsourcing industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
