Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients in industries requiring electromechanical products, including manufacturing, engineering, and construction.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of electromechanical systems, components, and their applications to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and the client.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and achieved results to the sales manager.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the electromechanical or related technical field.
- Strong understanding of electromechanical systems and their applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A technical degree or equivalent experience in electromechanical or engineering fields is a plus.
