Onsite job, Location: Elkridge MD

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Compensation:
This is a commission-based position with an average salary potential, offering an attractive opportunity to earn competitive commissions based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients in industries requiring electromechanical products, including manufacturing, engineering, and construction.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of electromechanical systems, components, and their applications to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and the client.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and achieved results to the sales manager.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the electromechanical or related technical field.
  • Strong understanding of electromechanical systems and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A technical degree or equivalent experience in electromechanical or engineering fields is a plus.
