Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate. The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to selling solar products, engaging with customers, setting appointments, meeting sales targets, and maintaining relationships with clients. This position is based in Wichita, KS but allows for a customizable in-store schedule as well as some work from home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Sales, Customer Service, and Communication skills
- Student Mentality - Able/Willing to learn & develop in a fast moving, constantly growing industry
- Ability to meet and exceed lead generation & sales targets
Knowledge of solar products and services
- Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry isnt required, but is definitely a plus
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Experience with CRM software
