. The Commissions Analyst supports the commission process from beginning to end while ensuring accurate data is being captured, processed, and reported accurately and timely. The Commissions Analyst will research, and satisfactorily resolve commissions related inquiries for producers.
What you will do:
- Calculate, validate accuracy of, and submit commission payments within specified deadlines for internal and external producers.
- Assimilate, analyze, and maintain records of sales and commission data through various sources.
- Engage with customers and carriers to research and accurately resolve commission and/or bonus payment related inquiries while making adjustments where required.
- Develop reports from commission system to support various customers including Managers, Producers, and Finance Team Members.
- Maintain commission confidentiality both inside and outside the company.
- Evaluate commission guidelines periodically and suggest improvement measures. Document all procedures.
- Perform special projects as assigned.
What you will bring:
- A Bachelors degree of Science in Economics or four (4) years work experience in finance (Required).
- Two (2) years of accounting experience or manual commission processing which includes demonstrated intermediate level knowledge of Excel, Sequel Data Access Software and Tableau (Required).
- Insurance commissions systems experience with Agency Bloc software.
- Innovative problem solver with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure.

The pay for this role will vary based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, a candidates geographic location, market conditions, and specific skills and experience.
National Salary Range:
$49,700.00 - $74,600.00 National Plus Salary Range:
$56,600.00 - $84,900.00 - National Plus salary range is used in higher cost of labor markets including Western Washington and Alaska.
