Responsibilities:

• Assisting current Tredas broker in developing in client management & lead development.
• Actively seek out new customers while servicing your growing book of clients.
• Proactive communicator who anticipates clients' wants & needs.
• Educating clients on a multitude of marketing tools available and assessing price risk.
• Devise a plan for your producer and execute the plan on their behalf.
• Build client relationships and communicate market positions on a regular basis.
• Has a growth-mindset and a strong willingness to learn and grow.
