Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in enhancing our organization's communication strategies. As a Communications Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication plans that inform and engage a variety of stakeholders, including employees, partners, and the community. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies to enhance organizational visibility.
  • Create engaging content for newsletters, social media, and the organization's website.
  • Coordinate and manage communication materials, including press releases, presentations, and reports.
  • Monitor media coverage and provide analysis and recommendations based on findings.
  • Assist in organizing events, workshops, and community outreach programs to promote awareness.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in communication or public relations roles.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and content management systems is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
