This position leads internal and external communications, digital platforms, PR, event promotion, and content creation. The role ensures alignment with the clubs mission and values while elevating storytelling, consistency, and the member experience./ppClassification: Exempt/ppPosition Type: Full Time/hybrid/ppExpected Hours: MondayFriday with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. We offer a hybrid work environment with the flexibility to work remotely on select days. However, regular in-person attendance is required for all team meetings, strategic planning sessions, and during peak operational periods at the club. Remote work is supported when club operations are closed or when business needs permit, with the expectation of being on-site the majority of the time to foster strong team collaboration and visibility./ppSupervise support staff to ensure seamless execution of communications initiatives./ppCollaborate with department heads, committees, and the General Manager on engagement and promotional projects./ppSupervision includes: Merchandise Manager, Seasonal staff, Junior Summer Sports support staff./ppStrategic Communications Planning Innovation (20%)/ppDevelop and execute a comprehensive annual communications and marketing plan./ppOversee branding consistency across all channels./ppBuild, update, and teach team branding guidelines./ppDevelop uniform document designs (SOPs, memos, policies, Board updates)./ppDigital Social Media Management (25%)/ppManage and optimize the Woodhill website and the Woodhill app./ppOversee seasonal updates, new pages, media uploads, and calendar accuracy./ppConduct annual audits of all web content./ppManage social media strategy and create content that highlights events, features, and club life./ppContent Creation Member Engagement (20%)/ppBuild, plan, and schedule all email communications (announcements, events, urgent notices)./ppTrack analytics to optimize engagement./ppProduce promotional graphics for events, menus, signage, bulletin boards, and digital displays./ppManage and approve photos submitted through email, website and app./ppOrganize the Fall Spring newsletter including editing, printing, and mailing./ppPublic Relations External Communications (15%)/ppServe as PR ambassador with media, community groups, and partner organizations./ppEnsure consistent branding and messaging./ppAnalytics Reporting (10%)/ppTrack engagement metrics across email, website, and social platforms./ppCompile survey results for post-event, annual member surveys, and department requests./ppTeam Leadership Development (5%)/ppMentor staff and support cross-department communication needs./ppAssist staff with annual reminders (closures, policies, mid-year notices)./ppSupport additional communications needs as assigned./ppQualifications/ppEducation Experience:/ppBachelors degree in communications, marketing, public relations, hospitality management, or related field./ppMinimum 5 years of progressive communications or marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role./ppExperience in hospitality, private clubs, or high-service environments preferred./ppExperience with ForeTees strongly preferred./ppAdvanced degree or certificates in digital marketing, PR, or club management preferred./ppProfessional Skills:/ppExpertise in digital communications, website management, social media strategy./ppStrong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills./ppGraphic design experience (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)./ppStrong project management and organizational skills./ppInterpersonal Leadership Qualities:/ppStrategic thinker with exceptional leadership abilities./ppAttention to detail and commitment to high-quality service./ppAbility to build positive relationships with members, guests, and peers./ppSelf-motivated and flexible with ability to work evenings/weekends as needed./ppCompensation Benefits/ppBase salary: $65,000$75,000 depending on experience./ppHealth, dental, and life/disability insurance per club policy./ppPaid Time Off./ppAssociation membership dues covered./pp401(k) matching after one year./ppComplimentary employee meals./ppAccess to Woodhill facilities on most Mondays (golf, pool, tennis, skating, ski trails, sledding)./ppWoodhill Country Club is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace./p/div
