Communications (Dispatch) Officers - Part Time

Marksman Security LLC We are hiring immediately for FLEX Communications (Dispatch) Officers. Job Details $20.50 Per Hour | Part Time | San Antonio, Texas Site Location: Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Texas, Inc., 1 Lone Star Pass, San Antonio, TX 78264. Schedule & Availability FLEX Hours — Must be fully flexible and able to work any hours, no exceptions. This is a part‑time position. Weekend and holiday availability required. Must respond to work assignments with little to no advance notice. Security Operations Center Experience Required Previous dispatch experience and security operations center experience are required. Sign‑On Bonus $50 sign‑on bonus for candidates who already have an active Guard Card on file, paid upon successful completion of 90 days of employment. Key Responsibilities Monitor emails, access control, and alarm systems in real time. Monitor facility’s CCTV for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized people. Dispatch field security officers and emergency responders during incidents. Manage incoming phone calls and alerts via internal communication systems, national weather alerts, and act quickly and decisively. Document incidents accurately in security electronic reporting platforms. Follow standard operating procedures and escalation protocols. Provide support during emergencies (fire, medical, intrusions, natural disasters). Utilize internal communication systems—including radio, intercom, telephone, PA systems, and computer-based software—with a high level of professionalism. Operate facility badging software, including enabling and disabling badges. Provide security support for various client projects and events. Administer all client policies for controlling access to client property. Qualifications At least 21 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent. Non‑commissioned security license through the state of Texas. Previous dispatch experience required. Strong customer service skills. Familiarity with report writing. Monitoring and surveillance experience. Ability to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks. Previous security experience required. Attentive to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Previous experience utilizing security equipment and protocols required. Must be able to pass pre‑employment screening (background and drug).
