What Youll Do

As the Communications Manager, youll be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing communication and public relations strategies to promote the mission, vision and goals of PPCH. The Communications Manager will work with all departments to create, develop and implement strategies to provide communications with various and diverse stakeholders, employees, government entities and the general public.

Some Of Your Responsibilities Are

Understanding and leveraging a variety of digital platforms to reach and engage diverse audiences by creating clear, compelling, and grammatically correct content for PPCHs social media accounts - Monitoring social trends to inform communication strategies decisions - Maintaining and managing content of the PPCH website and assist our business partners in the maintenance and management of their websites, as neededIdentifying target audiences, setting communication objectives, and developing key messages by researching, developing, designing, and implementing strategic marketing and communication plans that inform and influence the intended audience and align with PPCHs goals, mission, and valuesWorking closely with all departments to address communication needs, creating communication and marketing strategies, and measuring their effectiveness while supporting others in their creation of content that aligns with PPCHs mission and values and conforms to PPCHs branding guideEncouraging curiosity and finding stories that showcase the dedicated, creative supports and services provided by PPCHs innovative, customer-centric team for internal and external stakeholdersand so much moreWhat Youll Need

A Bachelors degree in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism or related field or 4+ years of professional experience in the same or similar fields - it's required1+ year of professional social media or public relations experience (content generation, social media analytics, paid posts, etc.) - it's requiredExperience using WordPress to update and maintain websites is highly preferredExcellent communication skills with individuals and groups at all professional levels with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas both verbally and in writing and to tailor messages for different platforms and diverse audiencesTo be digitally proficient, social media savvy and knowledgeable about content management systems, SEO principles, and analytics toolsThe ability to craft compelling narratives, engage diverse audiences and navigate both traditional communication channels and new media platforms and communication technologiesKnowledge of services and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is a plusPhysical Requirements and Working Conditions

This is a hybrid position, requiring onsite work at a PPCH office at least three days per week. Work is typically performed indoors in a standard office environment, but may occur in community locations, either indoors or outdoors, and requires sitting at a desk and using a computer for prolonged periods of time performing repeating motions using the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. This position may require driving to and from various locations throughout the Denver Front Range area and you must have a valid drivers license.

Salary range of $67,593 $77,732 annually
