Description:
Bachelor s Degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Journalism, Writing Communications, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Five to eight years experience developing communication material and strategies. Demonstrated broad understanding of the principles of communication practices and tactics; ability to develop written or graphic communication materials for print, electronic media, and or Web. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong knowledge of English grammar, spelling and punctuation.

- Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload : Facilitate a panel made up of representatives of disadvantaged communities throughout SCE's service territory. Become proficient enough in knowledge of EPIC Program as well as SCE's individual projects within the Program to lead conversations about Program and projects.
- Required Skills/Attributes : Expertise of working with community organizations on engagement efforts. Experience facilitating discussions with these types of organizations. Skills and experience to drive these groups beyond conversation to desired actions.
- Desired Skills/Attributes : Understanding of EPIC Program. Ability to assimilate knowledge quickly and speak intelligently about that knowledge.
