We are seeking a dedicated and organized Community Administrator to support the daily operations of a residential community in Northern New Jersey. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, responsive, and experienced in property or community management support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrative contact for residents and board members
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries
  • Assist with vendor coordination and work order tracking
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and community documentation
  • Support budgeting, invoicing, and basic financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with governing documents and policies

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative experience (property management experience preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
