Community Coordinator, AWS Developer Experience
Job ID: 10443166 | Amazon Web Services, Inc.
AWS Community Groups builds and scales programs that connect hundreds of thousands of student builders and professional developers to AWS. Key Responsibilities
Monitor community activity in the AWS Builder Center to identify emerging themes, trends, and patterns in engagement and behavior.
Surface community insights to relevant teams (content, moderation, product, program leadership) to inform decision‑making and program development.
Compile weekly engagement data on student activations, verifications, and pace‑to‑goal metrics for leadership status reporting.
Manage the content bundle library: receive completed bundles, upload to shared repositories, maintain version control, format grab‑and‑go kits, and ensure materials are accessible to field teams for distribution.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure content is published accurately and on schedule.
Identify gaps in community offerings and create proposals for enablement that help students maintain community standards and become effective contributors.
