Job Description

As the Community Living Supervisor, you'll be the heartbeat of our community living program, ensuring our individuals receive safe, supportive, and engaging services 24/7. But that's not all - you'll also take on Program Coordination duties that help our residential services run smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and mentoring a dedicated team of Community Support Staff

  • Coordinating day-to-day operations in several community living homes

  • Building strong, trusting relationships with families, guardians, and community partners

  • Overseeing program planning, service documentation, medication oversight, and budget management

  • Ensuring homes are safe, clean, and feel like home

  • Promoting people-first practices and inclusive values

  • Coordinating program activities, staffing schedules, and lifting team morale

  • Making sure we meet all Medicaid and agency compliance requirements

  • Can lead with heart, communicate with clarity, and stay organized under pressure

  • Have a background in human services, health care, or disability services (bonus points for supervisory experience!)

  • Are ready to roll up your sleeves and make everyday moments extraordinary

Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Human Services, Health Care, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 1+ year experience in disability services or healthcare setting (more is even better!)

  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

  • Willingness to complete required trainings (Leadership, Medication Management, etc.)
