Taylor Management Company is currently seeking a Community Manager to join our team in Bridgewater, NJ. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of assigned community associations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure compliance with community governing documents, applicable laws, and regulations
  • Manage and supervise vendors and contractors to ensure quality services and timely completion of projects
  • Provide high-level customer service and respond to homeowner inquiries and concerns
  • Prepare and present reports and financial statements to the Board of Directors
  • Coordinate and attend board meetings, annual meetings, and other community events
  • Oversee budgeting process and financial management of the communities
  • Maintain community records and ensure accurate documentation

Requirements

3+ years of experience in community association management
Strong knowledge of governing documents and state regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
CMCA or other industry certifications preferred
