RealREPP, a full service commercial real estate recruiting firm, is partnering with a family owned and operated real-estate investment and management firm with residential properties throughout the United States. We are current recruiting for a Property Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a family-focused residential community in Spartanburg, South Carolina!
This person will be responsible for supervising an Assistant Manager and Maintenance staff to ensure the delivery of top-quality service. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years' experience within multifamily property management, having experience with assisting in the lease-up process to maintain consistently high property occupancy.
This opportunity offers an EXCELLENT base salary ($60,000 - $65,000, DOE) + annual bonus, 401k matching, health insurance, employee discount, PTO, and the opportunity to work in a close-knit and team-oriented environment for a stable and dynamic owner/operator!!

Requirements
- Must have minimum 4+ years experience in multifamily property management
- Experience assisting with lease-ups and maintaining high occupancy
- Must demonstrate strong grasp of property-level accounting and budgeting
- Self-motivated with effective team leadership skills to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- A successful history of maintaining high property occupancy, minimizing turnover, and reducing delinquency rates.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License.
