Community Partner Group Class Instructor – Ukulele Apply
Responsibilities:
- Teaching beginning ukulele and general music to three leveled sections ages 6-11
- Organization and execution of clear lesson planning
- Working closely with the BGC staff to confirm each semesters group registration.
Schedule:
- Weekly on Thursday for three 40 min sessions between 3:00-5:00 pm
- Begins in the Spring Semester for 10 Weeks, beginning April 4 for a 10-week session, continuing again in September.
- This position has the potential to expand to additional days in 2024
An undergraduate degree in music performance or education or relevant experience in ukulele pedagogy
Experience teaching young beginners
Ability to manage a class size of 6-10 children
Adaptability and enthusiasm in a group dynamic
