Job Summary We're seeking Community Sales Managers (CSMs) to join our dynamic sales force. Whether you are a seasoned home‑sales professional or new to the industry, we provide the tools and training you need to excel. All CSMs begin as Community Sales Managers in Training (CSMT), where you will learn the Taylor Morrison way through a program tailored to your experience, lasting anywhere from 2 weeks to a full year. Job Responsibilities Participate in training sessions to gain knowledge about: Our homes and communities Using finance as a sales tool Sales purchase agreements Using the CRM to prospect Community management Shadow experienced Community Sales Managers to observe best practices and gain practical insights into the sales process. Complete assigned reading materials, online courses and other training activities to enhance sales skills. Learn about our products and features: Features and benefits of our homes and communities. The ways our offerings meet customer needs and solve pain points. Articulate product/service value propositions to potential customers. Master sales techniques: Prospecting, presenting solutions, handling objections, and closing deals. Effective communication and active listening to understand customer requirements. Negotiation skills to secure favorable outcomes for both customer and company. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Follow up with prospects, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly. Use CRM tools to track interactions and manage accounts. Performance evaluation: Participate in regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions with mentors or supervisors. Set personal development goals and track progress toward achieving them. Demonstrate continuous improvement and a proactive learning mindset. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Active real‑estate license required (where applicable by state). Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Internet Explorer. High level of organizational and documentation skills. Customer‑service oriented with a belief that the customer is the number one priority. Flexibility and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem‑solving skills. Essential Functions Report to Division/Corporate Office/Community daily and adhere to schedule. Access, input, and retrieve information from a computer or electronic device. Have face‑to‑face conversations with customers, co‑workers, and higher‑level managers. Sit or stand for long periods and move around the work environment as needed. Operate a motor vehicle if applicable. Comply with company policies and procedures. Physical Demands Remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time. Frequent lifting or moving up to 10 lbs, and occasionally up to 25 lbs. Taylor Morrison experience or successful completion of a training program may override required education and experience. FLSA Status Non‑Exempt. You are required to keep a time record and will be eligible for overtime pay.
