Summary
THE POSITION conducts preliminary investigations on reported criminal offenses that are not in progress, impounds abandoned vehicles, performs VIN inspections and provides crime prevention services to the public.
- $17.98 to $21.38 per hour DOE

THIS WOULD BE A GREAT FIT FOR SOMEONE WHO:
- Has an interest in law enforcement at the civilian level
- Is proficient at preparing technical reports
- Is comfortable with interviewing witnesses, and testifying in court
- Would enjoy fielding questions from the public and advising on basic law premises
- Has the ability to take crime scene photos and dust and lift latent fingerprints in the field
