Roles and responsibilities:
Ø Preparation of notice with agenda and minutes for board committee and general meeting.
Ø Ensuring Compliances with corporate laws including companies act SEBI LODR, PIT and other applicable SEBI regulations
Ø Liasoning with various internal and external stake holders including ROC SEBI NSE BSE auditors etc.
Ø Annual / half – yearly / event basted e- forms filing with MCA
Ø Preparation of director’s report and annual reports
Ø To keep a track of latest amendment in various laws and regulation and preparation of SOP / checklist
Ø To update statutory registers and records
Ø To update statutory registers and records
Ø To provide to the direction of the company such guidance as they may require with regard to their duties, responsibilities and powers
Skills and competencies:
· Good knowledge of companies’ act and SEBI regulation
· Capable to work independently and collaborative in a fast-pace environment
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
