Compensation & Benefits Manager (m/w/d) – GermanyLocation: Cologne (HQ)Working Hours: 35 hours/weekContract Type: PermanentSalary range: 85,000 -95,000 euros + bonus + benefitsB-People is shortlisting for a leading Industrial Manufacturing business, with presence in multiple industries, delivering innovative solutions and services worldwide.We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to join the HR COE team and help shape and implement local and international C&B strategies.
