We are committed to excellence, agility, and creating a better life for our customers and community.️ About the Role We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Manager to lead and manage the company’s payroll, compensation structure, benefits administration, and reward strategies.This role plays a critical part in ensuring competitive, compliant, and cost-effective compensation programs that align with business goals while maintaining high employee engagement and operational excellence. Key QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial roleStrong expertise in payroll processing, tax calculation, BPJS, and labor law complianceProven experience in developing salary structures, grading systems, and compensation strategiesExperience in creating and managing annual manpower budgets and compensation planningStrong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling)Experience working with SAP HCM payroll systemsSolid understanding of market salary benchmarking and reward frameworksStrong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsFluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia️ Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end payroll operations ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely paymentDevelop and maintain compensation structures, grading systems, and salary frameworksManage annual salary review processes, bonus schemes, and incentive programsConduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive positioningPrepare and control manpower and compensation budgetsEnsure compliance with Indonesian labor law, tax regulations, and social security requirementsOversee HR operational processes related to employee lifecycle (joiner, transfer, promotion, termination)Manage audits related to payroll, tax, and compensationProvide strategic recommendations to management regarding reward and retention strategiesLead and develop the C&B team
