Compensation Benefits Officer Apply
Responsibilities:Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.Maintain employee salary data, allowances, deductions, overtime, and other compensation components.Manage employee benefits administration, including BPJS, insurance, leave, and other welfare programs.Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations related to compensation and benefits.Prepare reports related to payroll, benefits, headcount, and manpower costs.Maintain accurate HR databases and personnel records.Coordinate with finance and external vendors related to payroll and benefits matters.Participate in HR projects related to compensation structure and employee welfare improvement.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Accounting, Management, or related fields.Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Administration.Strong understanding of payroll processes, labor laws, and government regulations.Experience in handling BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and other employee benefits.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems.Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work with numbers accurately.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Able to work independently as well as in a team.Good time management and ability to work under pressure.
