Job Description:Develop and manage the company’s compensation strategy, including salary structures, pay scales, bonuses, and incentive programs.Conduct job evaluations to determine appropriate salary levels for different positions.Design and manage employee benefits programs.Conduct market surveys and compensation benchmarking studies to ensure that the organization remains competitive in terms of pay and benefits.Analyze market data to make recommendations on salary adjustments or new benefits offerings.Analyze internal and external data related to compensation trends, employee performance, and salary disparities.Manage HR information systems (HRIS) for compensation and benefits tracking and reporting.Requirements:Min Bachelor's degree in System Information, Information Technology, Information Management (preferable), or Accounting, Finance, etcHaving 5 Years of Experience in HR or Compensation and Benefits.Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret data related to salary structures, benefits, and market trends.Data Management: Expertise in managing large datasets, benchmarking surveys, and compensation analysis.Market Benchmarking and Trends: Knowledge of industry compensation standards and staying updated on current trends in salary, benefits, and employee retention strategies.Understand about Excel, PPT, Tax 21, BPJSExperience handling more than 5k employees
