Job Description
The Senior Compensation Analyst will support programs and tools within the compensation space, collaborating with HR, managers, and business partners. This role focuses on salary planning, equity administration, survey submissions, and maintenance of internal compensation tools. Strong Excel skills are essential, with additional experience in Google Sheets, Workday, and compensation survey submissions preferred. The team values a self-starter with attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to manage overlapping tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Heavy Excel usage for updates, tool maintenance, and data analysis.
Update internal compensation tools (Recruiter Compensation Tool, Internal Adjustment Compensation Tool) on a monthly basis.
Support equity administration, including weekly new-hire audits and preparation of monthly and quarterly equity grant files.
Assist with annual and mid-year review processes and salary planning.
Pull and analyze reports from Workday for internal use by compensation business partners.
Conduct salary benchmarking and prepare submissions for market surveys (Aon: Radford, McLagan; Mercer: Comptryx; ERI).
Maintain compensation structures, ranges, and job profiles in Workday (minimal training provided if needed).
Ensure compliance with data governance policies, safeguard data quality, and document compensation procedures for efficiency.
Support ad hoc projects and cyclical processes with defined deadlines.

Role Focus
Data analysis and modeling using Excel and Google Sheets (no dashboards or advanced BI reporting required)
Integrating data from Workday into tools for internal compensation use
Monthly tool updates (last week of the month) and ad hoc reporting tied to key processes
Support cyclical equity administration (granting ~20th of each month) and survey submissions
Minimal Workday administrative tasks; training provided if needed
