The Complaints Admin Support role provides essential administrative and technical support to the Health Care Facility Complaint Unit. This position assists the unit manager, supervisors, and staff to ensure efficient operation and compliance with regulatory processes.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare reports, proofread correspondence, and respond to inquiries related to regulatory inspections, investigations, and public record requests.
- Process and enter complaints into the CMS federal database and the Division's internal system.
- Update and maintain case information in relevant databases.
- Respond to external inquiries and communicate with providers or agencies to obtain missing information.
- Support office operations, including reception duties and phone coverage as needed.
