Complex Litigation Associate Attorney - Midlevel Direct Counsel is representing an AmLaw 100 firm seeking a Midlevel Complex Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Privacy Litigation practice in Dallas . This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 4-6 years of complex litigation experience who is interested in representing leading technology and retail clients in cutting-edge privacy disputes. Responsibilities Handle all phases of pre-trial litigation, including pleadings, written discovery, document production, and depositions Analyze privacy laws, regulations, and emerging legal issues Develop litigation strategies and collaborate closely with clients Work on complex matters involving technology, media, retail, and other innovative industries Qualifications 4-6 years of complex litigation experience Strong briefing, discovery, deposition, and case management skills Familiarity with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Texas Rules of Civil Procedure Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong analytical, interpersonal, and client service abilities Prior AmLaw firm experience and excellent academic credentials preferred Passion for technology and privacy law Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $260,000 - $420,000 annually , depending on experience Annual discretionary bonus 401(k) plan Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid medical and parental leave Paid holidays and family care benefits This is an outstanding opportunity to join a nationally recognized AmLaw 100 firm and work on sophisticated privacy litigation matters for industry-leading technology and retail clients.
