Compliance Administrator Apply
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to support our compliance team. This role is responsible for assisting with the implementation of compliance programs, maintaining records, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements across the organization.
The Compliance Administrator will work closely with various departments to support compliance efforts, monitor activities, and help ensure our business operates within legal and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, review, and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date records and ensure distribution of policies to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and organized compliance documentation, including reports, audits, training records, and policy acknowledgments.
- Ensure all records meet regulatory and company standards.
- Support monitoring activities to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Compile and analyze data for compliance reporting, preparing summaries for the compliance team and management.
- Conduct research on industry standards as needed to support compliance initiatives and provide guidance to other departments.
- Assist with internal and external audits by gathering required documentation and ensuring timely completion. Maintain records of audit findings and corrective actions.
- Log and track compliance incidents or policy violations. Follow up on action items to ensure timely resolution and documentation of corrective measures.
- Provide administrative support to the compliance team, including managing correspondence, and organizing files.
Requirements
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in compliance, regulatory support, or administrative roles; experience in a regulated industry (e.g., finance, healthcare) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with compliance management software.
- Basic understanding of compliance regulations and recordkeeping practices.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on accuracy and professionalism.
