This position is located onsite at our International WHQ in Lisle, IL.

In this role, you’ll ensure compliance with EPA, CARB, and ECCC regulations and serve as International’s primary liaison with government agencies. You’ll manage emissions strategies and reporting, support defect and warranty documentation, review regulatory requirements, and guide product teams on both current and future compliance strategies.

Qualified candidates will hold bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of product design/development or computer science experience; OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience; OR PhD in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Computer Science. Strong communication skills, powertrain knowledge across ICE and EV platforms, experience with emissions tracking, and familiarity with risk-based compliance systems are highly valued.
