Position : Compliance Executive
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor production sites remotely using digital systems to ensure adherence to safety protocols and SOPs
Identify deviations from standard procedures, including safety risks or process non-compliance, and escalate concerns promptly
Verify field reports by cross-checking operational data with sensor readings and video footage
Maintain accurate, evidence-based documentation of daily operations, observations, and incidents
Support validation and audit teams with reliable records and compliance data
Required Skills and Experience
12th Pass or Graduate (any stream)
Prior experience in operations, data entry, monitoring, or security functions is an advantage
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Highly observant with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with digital tools, dashboards, and data for extended periods
Demonstrates high integrity and the ability to report issues objectively
Dependable and understands the importance of accuracy in compliance monitoring
