Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Compliance Specialist located in Scottsboro, AL. The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, performing compliance audits, maintaining accurate documentation, and preparing compliance reports. The role includes tracking regulatory changes, advising stakeholders on compliance issues, and conducting training sessions. The Compliance Specialist will play an integral role in maintaining and improving organizational compliance practices. Qualifications Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, audit procedures, and documentation management Excellent organizational and research skills, with the ability to monitor and interpret regulatory changes Proficiency in developing and conducting compliance training for internal teams Attention to detail and strong analytical skills Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus Familiarity with relevant software tools for compliance tracking and reporting #J-18808-Ljbffr
