The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality systems and procedures to ensure that products meet internal and external customer specifications and regulatory compliance. Essential Job Duties / Functions Perform internal QMS, customer, and supplier audits. Provide DDTC/ITAR/DoD and government import/export compliance. Provide technical support to receiving/shipping for import/export regulations. Provide receiving inspection with MIL-STD regulations and specifications. Review technical data as it relates to ITAR, DDTC, DOD, and MIL standards. Review and update Kitron standard operating procedure (SOPs) as needed. Minimum Qualifications Experience with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485, ISO27001, ESD, IPC, and J-STD, preferred. Experience with ITAR, DDTC, DOD, and MIL standards. Experience with import/export regulations. Experience with government contracts for manufactures. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Ability to understand and determine product quality. Ability to sit at a table/ desk for extended periods of time. Working Conditions Typical working conditions at Kitron are indoors, safe, well lit, temperature controlled, low exposure to noxious fumes or offensive odors, clean and sanitary conditions with average light industrial noise. Production areas have machinery with moving parts. Static dissipative smock, and shoes are required. Offices with locking doors, meeting rooms, and common printing areas are well lit, clean, low noise, and temperature controlled with no exposure to noxious fumes or offensive odors. Physical Demands Climate-controlled electronics manufacturing services production floor. Must be able to sit for extended periods and lift up to 25lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
