Compliance/Logistics Analyst - A

Pay : $20.00 - $24.00/HR based on experience! Duration : 1-year contract (potential to extend/convert based on performance/budget) Location : 100% onsite; M-F 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Responsible for: Support internal customers in coordinating the inbound and outbound shipment process. Ensure that all related documentation and record keeping is compliant with U.S. Import & Export Regulations. Position requires knowledge of import/export logistics, international freight forwarding, and use of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule. The position also requires knowledge in creating Proforma Invoices, classifying commodities according to HTS and/or Schedule B. Maintaining updated FDA and other agency data, NAFTA Certificates of Origin, filing Shipper’s Export Declarations. Maintain Inbound/Outbound Shipment Log and Filing System, shipment tracking and follow-up, logistics coordinating/assistance, compliance/audit, audit customs brokerage invoices, SOP creation and auditing. Qualifications: Minimum HS Diploma/GED required, Bachelor's desired. Minimum 2+ years experience with a Bachelor’s/5+ years with HSD/GED. Must have intermediate or advanced Excel - pivot tables/VLOOKUPS. Experience with customs/import/export. #J-18808-Ljbffr
