We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) / Pharmacy Manager to oversee all aspects of our pharmacy operations. This full-time, on-site role is for a pharmacist with robust experience in both management and pharmaceutical compounding.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Supervise all pharmacy staff, optimize workflows, and cultivate a positive and productive work environment.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all pharmacy activities, including handling controlled drugs, adhere to federal and state laws and regulations.
- Compounding Expertise: Perform and oversee the compounding of sterile (USP <797>) and non-sterile (USP <795>) medications.
- Dispensing and Patient Care: Accurately dispense prescriptions, counsel patients on proper medication use, and collaborate with physicians to optimize patient therapy.
- Operational Support: Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including the compounding lab, to ensure timely, accurate prescription dispensing.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree.
- Licensure: Must hold a current Florida Pharmacist license.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in both sterile and non-sterile compounding.
- Skills:
- Expert knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drug interactions, and compounding procedures.
- Familiarity with pharmacy management software.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-service focus.
