Graduation from a regionally accredited college or university or one accredited by NYS Board of Regents to grant degrees with an Associate’ s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or related field; OR B. Completion of 60 college credits at a regionally accredited college or university or one accredited by the NYS Board of Regents to grant degrees with one (1) year paid work experience in a computer integrated multi-user environment that includes troubleshooting and resolving system problems; OR C. Graduation from high school and two (2) years of paid experience in a computer lab, computer technical support or similar environment which shall have included software and/or support. OR D.
