Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Computer Support professional to join their team. As a Computer Support specialist, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting a high‑profile user community. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem‑solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title Computer Support Location Phoenix, AZ What’s the Job? Provide software and hardware support to end‑users in a professional banking environment Assist with administration of Virtual/Desktop/Laptop Management and infrastructure applications including VDI, patch management, encryption technologies, and anti‑virus solutions Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems Reimage, back up, and restore user devices remotely and onsite to ensure optimal performance Configure, install, and test hardware components and manage hardware deployment replacements What’s Needed? 3-5 years of experience providing software/hardware support, with knowledge of server and Cisco technology in a professional setting Proficiency with troubleshooting/supporting MS Office suite including MS Teams, Outlook, and Windows OS Experience assisting with Virtual/Desktop/Laptop Management and infrastructure applications Prior experience working with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems Strong customer communication and service skills, with knowledge of two‑factor authentication What’s in it for me?
