Job Description:

• Gathering Requirements from Stakeholders and creating Business Requirement Documents.
• Understanding requirements, research and performing analysis of the complex system requirement/capabilities and Design.
• Providing input into the generation of test cases to support the test strategy and support any analysis to resolve defects.
• Creating business analysis artifacts such as process flow diagrams, data modeling tools and query tools.
• Ensure quality deliverables for projects- Requirement gathering, functional specification, functional test cases and user document.
• Conduct external and internal client prospects and client interviews to gather business requirements and convert these to necessary documentation for development teams.
• JIRA management inorder to capture issues and implement solution
• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
• Proactively identify risks and issues on programs/projects and develop mitigation plans.
