Gather user requirements and recommend improvements. Review system capabilities and optimize workflows. Evaluate and recommend commercial software. Document requirements and operational procedures. Collaborate with IT teams for integration and performance. Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting. Qualifications 7+ years in system analysis or related roles. Proficiency in system design, programming languages, and tools. Experience with databases, networks, and data processing. Strong analytical and communication skills. Preferred Enterprise-level systems Business process modeling Cloud computing and cybersecurity Education Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field. Clearance Must be a U.S. Citizen; Active Public Trust or ability to obtain.
