Troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion. Install, configure, deploy, and maintain a variety of computer and instructional technology. Diagnose problems to determine the cause of malfunctions. Repair hardware problems, setup, configure, and test equipment. Provide software support for "District" software. Communicate clearly and completely with school staff regarding status of service requests. Maintain documentation of configurations, inventory, programming, and other documentation necessary to allow other technology staff to provide support. Other duties as assigned by the Director of Technology.
