By combining cutting-edge AI and computer vision technologies with hands-on engineering expertise, we develop high-performance systems that continuously evolve to stay ahead in the market.As a Machine Vision Engineer, you are responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing advanced computer vision and AI solutions within industrial production environments. You ensure machines not only capture visual data but also interpret it intelligently, improving accuracy, speed, and reliability across systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement AI-driven algorithms for image recognition, object detection, and quality controlDevelop and train deep learning models (e.g., CNNs, YOLO, Vision Transformers) for applications such as defect detection and pattern recognitionTest and validate vision systems in real-world production environmentsIntegrate and optimize vision systems within production lines, considering hardware and performance constraintsRequirementsMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field (or equivalent experience)Maximum 5 years of experience in machine vision, AI/ML, or image processing, preferably in an industrial settingStrong programming skills in C++ and experience with PythonHands-on experience with frameworks such as OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or HALCONKnowledge of hardware-performance optimization, cameras, sensors, or robotics is a bonusAdditional InformationFull-time position (40 hours/week) with flexible daytime scheduleGrowing SME with room for initiative and career developmentInformal, family-oriented company cultureCompetitive salary package including company car, phone with subscription, meal & eco vouchers, net allowance, group & hospitalization insurance, ambulatory care insurance, 13th month, performance bonus (CAO 90), and 12 additional leave daysInternational travel opportunities
