Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and attentive Customer Service Representative to join our Concierge team in Queens City, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience in customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Provide information, recommendations, and assistance with inquiries related to services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Handle reservations, bookings, and appointments for various services.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions using designated systems.
  • Resolve issues and complaints promptly and escalate when necessary.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism, hospitality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in customer service, preferably in a hospitality or concierge setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with hospitality software (e.g., property management systems).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
