Role and Responsibilities:
As our Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Warmly welcoming clients and their pets, creating a friendly and comfortable atmosphere.
- Assisting clients with appointment scheduling, check-ins, and follow-up care instructions.
- Assisting clients with taking their pets and/or food to and from their cars.
- Providing information about our services, treatment plans, and general pet care.
- Managing phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Maintaining a clean and inviting reception area.

Qualifications:
- A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage appointments and paperwork.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems.
- Previous experience in a veterinary setting or customer service role is a plus.
