As we continue to grow, we're seeking a skilled and motivated Foreman to join our dynamic team.
Position: Foreman / Finisher
Location: Central Oregon/ Bend/Redmond
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of concrete flatwork projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and completion.
- Lead a team of concrete workers, ensuring safety, productivity, and quality workmanship on job sites.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections, enforce safety protocols, and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Train and mentor crew members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials usage, and workforce hours.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in concrete construction, with a strong focus on flatwork projects.
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, demonstrating the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, understanding project specifications, and interpreting construction plans.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
